Frissen szerzett tapasztalataink alapján a legabszurdabb kávévariációk témában oszkár díjat oszthatánk az amerikaiaknak. Önmagában a vizezett kávén nem lepődtünk meg, ismert tény. Igazából a hotelekben alap French Vanilia íz sem olyan különleges dolog, nálunk (Magyarországon) is van mogyorós vagy vaníliás capuccino.
Határozottan álltíthatom, hogy a vaníliás kávé kommersz az alábbi ízekhez képest. Első találkozásunk AZ ízzel egy “ITALIAN” kávézóban, Page-ben történt, ahová egy olasz espresso reményével tértünk be. Aztán egy rendes magyar presszó kávéval (végre!) és sok sziruppal később az alábbiakat sierült előállítaniuk. Dőljetek hátra, és ízleljetek bele velünk együtt egyenként a kávé variációkba:
Toasted azaz sült Marshmallow kávéízesítő szirup
eper…kókusz…görögdinnye…menta…
Tudom, kezd kicsit sok lenni a koffein, de legalább ezeket még ki kell próbálnotok: meggy…ánizs…banán…..és a legjobbat a végére: sült marshmallow. (Premium Gourmet Syrup!!!)
Miután elkezdtem művelődni a témában, megtudtam hogy kétféleképpen ízesítenek,szirupokkal lefőzés után, mint a most tálaltak, vagy aromákkal még darálás előtt.
Fokozzták a kíváncsiságomat amikor megtudtam, hogy jelenleg több száz különböző íz van, amelyek közül szerintem említésre méltóak az alábbiak:
Holiday Cheer azaz Ünnepi öröm!
Egg nogg ízesítésű kávé (öö az nem egy másik ital?!)
Orange coconut, narancs és kókusz aromás,
Pumpkin pie… Sütőtökpite íz, az elmaradhatatlan,
Végül de nem utolsósorban, hölgyeim és uraim, igen, a bacon, akár valódi bacon szalonna szirupos kávéval is feldobhatjuk reggelünket.
Én alig találok szavakat, úgyhogy most megyek, keresek, és ha találok, kóstolok!

Szia pazzo, pedig pont reggelihez szánt dolog lehet, és a bacon “szirupot” alkoholos italokhoz is javasolják :)

hááát, nem tudom. nekem az a bajom ezekkel az aromákkal, szirupokkal, hogy mesterséges úton elöállítottak. semmi természetes nincs benne.
mondjuk egy sima vaníliarúdból kikapart vaníliával ízesített kávét talán megkóstolnék.
vagy ha már narancsos káve, akkor miért nem frissen csavart narancslével.
de azzal már komoly gonodm lenne, ha a kisült baacon-t kellene a kávémba tenni;)
igen Orsi, biztos ez lesz a következő lépés, a cimkére majd felírják: eredeti bacon kivonattal, vagy pl. sütőtök pite morzsákkal…annyira abszurdnak hangzik, pedig ki lepődik meg manapság amikor az gyümölcsjoghurtban az az extra, hogy gyümölcsdarab van benne?
