Manapság már egészen megszokott dolog, hogy a fiatalok eltöltenek 1-2 évet külföldön mielőtt karrierépítésbe fognának. Ennek egyik legnépszerűbb módja “au pair”-ként (ill. Olaszországban “alla pari”-ként) munkát vállalni. Ezennel bemutatjuk nektek Sunny-t, aki pár hete érkezett ily módon Olaszországba és saját tapasztalatairól mesél nektek. Melegen ajánlom az alábbi cikket azoknak, akik au pair-kedést terveznek!
“Az au pair szó jelentése: idegen nyelv tanulása céljából valamelyik országban háztartási munkát végzõ, gyermekekre felügyelõ, a családdal lakó fiatal.
Ez így konkrétan nagyon lesarkított. Ez mindig nagyban függ a családtól, hogy milyen arányban kell háztartási munkát végezni és mennyit kell a gyerekekkel lenni. Az én esetemben takarítónõ van, tehát nekem csak saját magam után kell takarítanom, a munkaidõm többi részét a gyerekekkel töltöm.
Minden dolog a családtól és a hozzáállástól függ. Én csak a saját példámat tudom leírni. Alap esetben egy au pairnek beszélni kell az adott ország nyelvét minimális szinten, és az sem hátrány, ha az angol tökéletesen megy, mert az közös nyelv lehet a kezdetek kezdetén. Tapasztalat valahol kell, valahol nem. Van olyan közvetítõ cég, aki tanfolyamot végeztet, valaki referenciákat kér. Az összegért cserébe, amit nyújtanak az egy assistance szolgáltatás, hogy ha valami problémád van idekint, akkor õk azt intézik. Legyen akár a családdal való probléma esetén másik család keresése, a közelben lévõ au pairek elérhetõségeinek megadása, stb.
Au pairként elvileg jogod van saját szobára, heti 1,5-2 nap szabadnapra és a szerzõdéstõl függõen körülbelül 40 órát kell dolgoznod egy héten. Na ez az, ami bármelyik családnál is nézel szét, tuti hogy nem reális, nem a mennyiséggel van gond, hanem az eloszlással. Ez nem úgy van, mint egy munkahelyen, hogy reggel 8-kor kezedbe veszed a gyereket, elviszed oviba, hazahozod, játszol vele, lerakod. Ha anyuka késik a munkából, akkor lehet hogy te fekteted le a gyerekeket, ha a gyerek beteg, akkor egész nap te vagy otthon vele. Épp ezért szeretnek alkalmazni au pairt a családok és nem babysittert, mert egyrészt a babysitter többe kerül, másrészt a babysitter hazamegy, ha lejárt a munkaideje. Egy au pair a családdal lakik és így ott van, ha kell.
Au pairként teljes ellátást kapsz (szállás, étkezés), valamint a családnak biztosítania kell számodra szabadidõt, hogy nyelviskolába járhass, de ez a te döntésed, nem kötelezõ. Havi vagy heti rendszerességgel kapod a fizetésed. Országtól, családtól, anyagi helyzettõl függõen kb 360-400 euró per hónap. Ha a család nyaralni készül és téged is visznek, akkor a te nyaralásod költségét is õk állják. Én kint létem elsõ hetét egy nyaralóhelyen töltöttem a gyerekekkel és anyukával, utána voltam 2-3 napot otthon a gyerekkel, utána 2 hétig gyerekek nélkül (elvált család esetében nem biztos, hogy az apuka is igényt tart az au pairre), utána megint 2 hét a nyaralóhelyen anyukával és a 2 banditával.
A kezdetek: bármelyik internetes böngészõben használva az au pair szót és a célországot, akkor több lehetõséget fogunk eredményül kapni. Ezek közül én egyet választottam: www.aupairinfo.hu . Az adott cég jelentkezési adatlapjának kitöltését követõen a cég felveszi veled a kapcsolatot és értesít a fejleményekrõl. Az adataid, képességeid és preferenciarendszered alapján keresnek családot. Esetemben: angol középfok, német alapfok, olasz alapszint, semmi au pair tapasztalat, minimális babysitting tapasztalat: amit én nyújtok és cserébe szeretnék: 1-2 gyerek, Rómától nem délebbre, 3 évnél idõsebb gyermekek). Ha találnak neked egy családot, akkor megadják a család adatait. Utána dönthetsz, hogy szeretnéd-e a családdal felvenni a kapcsolatot. Ha igen, akkor megadják a családnak a te elérhetõségeidet és egy általad ajánlott idõpontot, hogy mikor tudnak téged felhívni. A család felhív, elbeszélgettek, ha kölcsönös a szimpátia, akkor a család megküldi a meghívólevelet a magyar irodának és megtörténik a szerzõdéskötés. Én esetemben és az általam választott cég esetében az assistance szolgáltatás díjának kifizetése ekkor történt. Tehát csak akkor kell fizetned, ha már biztos, hogy mész egy családhoz, biztos, megbeszélt helyed van. Ezután intézheted az utazásod, a pakolást, a költözést. Alap esetben (velem ez volt), ha semmi papírod (Eu-s tajkártya, útlevél) nincs meg, akkor 1 hét kell ezek – viszonylag nyugodt – intézéséhez, de ha mindezen papírjaid megvannak, akkor akár 2 nap múlva is utazhatsz, attól függõen, hogy mit beszéltél meg a családdal.
Ha már kint vagy, utána tiéd a pálya. Sok sikert és vigyorogj.
