Vajon igazunk volt-e, hogy bevettük a viareggio-i karnevált az 5 legjobb közé? A puding próbája az evés, a karneválé meg a menés (bocs!), így aztán amikor kisütött a nap szombat délben Milánóban, meg is indultunk a tenger felé, mint az egyszeri lemming.
Szerencsékre találtunk a tengerparti korzó távolabbi végénél egy hotelt, nem a 400 euros fajtából, kilátás tengerre, franciágy, miegymás. Kis gasztrorgazmusos kitérő és egy kezdődő éjszakai rallyverseny után (erről majd egy másik nap) rövid alvás, majd ébredés verőfényes, kékeges, tengermorajlásos vasárnapra.
Miután végigporoszkáltunk a homokos tengerparton, pár aperolos megálló után elértük a fő karneváli attrakciót és a készülő felvonulást. Miután kedvesen elfelejtkeztünk a későbbi kezdésről, szerencsékre szolid népsűrűség közepette volt esély körbefotózni a menetkész szekereket.
(Életmentő jó tanács: az óriáskerék akkor áll meg, ha szólsz, hogy ki akarsz szállni. A 27. fotó után már hideg van fent és unalmassá válik az az egy közeli építmény is.)
De micsoda építmények ezek! Az csak apróság, hogy a legtöbbjük három emelet magas – de van köztük klasszikus bohocós-napocskás, sárkányos-álarcos, pár ördögi, berlusconis, túlvilágos (egy igencsak morbid), robotos, berlusconis, politikus, apolitikus és társadalom-kritikus.
Kedvencünk egyértelműen az ágyúcsöves, Berlusconi-tévés, lépegetőrobotos, lézerfegyveres mindenhol mozgó hadigépezet volt, de gyönyörködtünk a kínai sárkányok által kézivezérelt super-Obamában, no meg egy igazi méretes példányban is.
A legjobban viszont talán azok a párok és családok tetszettek, akik beöltöztek együtt tigrises, kalózos, burlamaccos társaságnak és vidáman vonulgattak fel és alá a kezdésre várva.
