Volt egyszer egy ország, Abszurdisztán. Lakói szerint az ország arról kapta nevét, hogy az ellenőrök utasokat vertek, az autósok a tilosban parkoltak, a Gárda meg állandóan újraalakult. A következmények nélküli ország, ahol bármi megtörténhet, de az ellenkezője is. Fura módon azonban Abszurdisztán külföldről nézve két dolog miatt volt hírhedt.
Abszurdisztán mindig elégedetlen lakosai ugyanis nem rendelkeztek útlevéllel és nem beszéltek idegen nyelveket. Más magyarázatot még a brit tudósoknak sem sikerült találni, hogy miért tartották országukat a világon egyedülállónak, problémáikat különlegesnek és miért találták természetesnek, hogy saját mocskukban fetrengjenek nap, mint nap, akárcsak a disznók.
Pedig jót tett volna mindenkinek egy kis kitekintés, mert ha ugyanaz nincs is, van helyette más: idegenek külön vagonban, orgiákat rendező miniszterelnök, deficit meg parlament által alapított Gárda. Ezer dolog, ami felháborító, s ami depresszióba dönthetné Külföldisztán lakóit, de nem teszi.
Igaz, Külföldisztán lakói is csak egy dolgot tanultak meg útlevéllel a kezükben: máshol se zöldebb a fű. Így aztán – bár vágynak rá, hogy kisebb legyen az adó, vagy normálisabbak a politikusaik – nem okoz nekik kéjes élvezetet, hogy nap, mint nap feszültséget keltsenek vagy egymásnak farkasai legyenek*. Messziről kerülik a dagonyákat, ahol jobbító szándék nélkül csak sarat gyártanak.
Külföldisztán lakói szerint csak egy dolog biztos: van élet a dagonyán túl.

Külföldisztáni kollégáim azt találták mondani, ha netán elveszítenék mérnöki állásukat itt Osztrákisztánban, akkor sem mennének vissza Külföldisztánba. Inkább McDonaldsos meló itt.
Egyébként mikor olvashatunk egy Külföldisztáni lottó kitöltési útmutatót? Lehetőleg míg tart a láz.
