Mirával elhatároztuk, hogy csinálunk madártejet. A párja még úgysem ismerte ezt az egyszerű és nagyszerű magyar édességet.
Igen ám, csak elmagyarázni volt kínos neki, hogy mit is ajánlgattunk neki tulajdonképpen. A „madártej” szó szerinti fordítása ugyanis „latte di uccello”. Azt már mindenkinek a saját fantáziájára bízom, hogy ebből mit rak össze:
Uccello = madár; férfi nemi szerv (szleng)
Latte = tej
(Nyilvánvalóan, nekünk meglehetősen piszkos a fantáziánk ;-)
UI: végül persze nem kóstolta meg, mindenféle allergiákra hivatkozva…

Én annak idején svédországban napokig kerestem, hogy hogy hívják a madártej nevét külföldiül. Megosztom a titkot: angolul “floating isles”, franciául szintén úszó szigetek, csak olyanul nem tudok.
igen-itt is làttam màr receptkonyvben, de csak a gyerekeim èrtèkelik- az uccello-tulajok nem :)))
ja, én meg nagy lelkesen csináltam a francia barátaimnak, mint magyar különlegesség, aztán kiderült, hogy náluk is létezik :(

Nálam is ez a fordítás volt szó szerint :-) amíg ki nem találtunk mást közösen —legyenek inkább felhőcskék…de imádják…. bár én nyári szezonban nem csinálok csak hidegebb időben…
meleg vagy hideg verzióban fogyasztjátok? Miért csak télen?
Én hidegen szeretem, neki meg mindegy… mivel nem bírja kivárni míg meghűl… a tojás miatt szeretem télen csinálni (sok tojás… salmonellosis…), ill. kényelmes a teraszon hidegben hűteni… de most a kánikula és a hűtő véges kapacitása miatt is (fullon van dinnyével :-))) inkább téli édesség… bár ha eszébe juttatnám tuti könyörögne hogy csináljunk nyáron…
