Amíg csak egy olyan ország van, ahol az ember élt, elképzelni sem tudja, milyen iszonyatosan bonyolultá válik minden onnantól kezdve, hogy ez a szám minimum kettőre változik.
Talán nagyon mondanom sem kell, hiszen Amby és Katica is számtalanszor írt róla, mily sanyarú a sorsa egy magyarnak olaszhonban kolbász, tejföl, túrórudi és egyéb magyar kulináris ügyekben.
Nem olyan rég még én is a tejföl, kolbász, mák és egyéb hungarikumok után sóhajtozók táborába tartoztam, míg végül úgy nem hozta a sors, hogy ismét magyar földön találtam magam, kicsit hosszabb távra.
Nem kell már aggódni, hogy mikor érkezik a következő szállítmány otthonról, akár minden étkezés során habzsolhatom a kinn ismeretlen tejfölt, haraphatom a rúd kolbászt, és társait.
Normális mennyiségben és minőségben vásárolhatok csirkehúst, és nem csak a mellét meg a combját. Potom pénzért lehet otthon bödönnyi vecsési savanyú káposzta.
Gondolhatjátok, helyre billent a világ rendje. De!
Mi lesz a jó kis olívaolajjal? Az utánozhatatlan aromájú olasz kávéval? A sokféle salátákkal és paradicsomokkal, a rukkolával? A proseccoval és a fragolinoval? A szicíliai borokkal? (Zoli minden bizonnyal ide tenné még a birra Morettit is).
A tészták kimeríthetetlen választékával? A speckkel, a prosciuttoval, a parmezánnal és a helyi sajtokkal?
A hamisítatlan olasz szendvicsekkel? A PIZZÁval?
Persze majd míg kifelé tejföl, kolbász, túró rudi, töltött káposzta áramlik, cserealapon mi olasz barátainktól várjuk majd az életmentő szállítmányokat: olajat, kávét, grissinit, felvirágoztatva ezzel az olasz-magyar cserekereskedelmet.
(Persze tudom, tudom, a hiányolt termékek egy része beszerezhető itthon is – csak épp a kintihez mérten csillagászati árakon, ha lehet egyáltalán a jól megszokott márkát is kapni.)
De hogy Tony után hol fogok enni igazi pizzát, a Cavallino (és az autogrill) után hol fogok én enni paninit és tramezzinit… (bánatomat jól tejfölös galuskába is folytom, kis pörköltet kanalazva mellé)
Óvatosan hát az elvándorlással – hiszen onnantól kezdve, hogy kitettük a lábunkat innen, állandó hiányérzetünk lesz majd. Nem csak míg messze vagyunk, hanem ha visszajövünk, akkor is! :)
De eggyütt lehet élni ezzel, hiszen mennyivel szegényebb lennék, ha nem érezném ezek hiányát, mert nem is ismerném őket!
