Se veled, se nélküled Magyarország! A hazatérés mindig édes, viszont egy huzamosabb ideig Olaszországban tartózkodó magyar nagyban ügyel arra, hogy indulás előtt kosarába kerüljön egy-két termék, amelyek nélkül nem szívesen tölt el hosszú napokat. Az otthonlét alatt pedig viselkedésében felfedezni véli az „olaszságokat”, amelyeket levetkőzni már nem tud, sőt itt-ott elszórja az idegen kultúra „morzsáit”.
Parmezános látogatás
Pár nap, és indulunk haza Karácsonyra. Egy hétről van csak szó, mégis elkezdtem már a bevásárlást, és látom is, hogy a fél autó olasz finomságokkal lesz tele. Bevallom, hogy az ajándék panettone-s dobozok és prosecco-s üvegek mellett bizony tömkelegével sorakoznak azok a finomságok, amelyek személyes kényelmünket szolgálják, és amelyek nélkül még egy hetet sem szívesen töltök el.
Tetőcsomagtartót már felszereltük, autóban működtethető mobil hűtőnk is van, úgyhogy hajrá!
Bepakolom kedvenc kávémat, kávéfőzőmet, friss parmezán sajt darabokat, fánkról szüretelt olivából készült friss olajat, fél pármai sonkát, 1-2 paradicsompürés üveget, rizottónak való rízst, alici-t, olivabogyót, pizzalisztet, a kedvenc tésztakollekciót, sőt barátkozom a gondolattal, hogy megpróbáljak frissen vásárolt halféléket szállítani, meg egy-két friss zöldségfélét, amit otthon ilyenkor nehezebb beszerezni (Mecsekpölöskén elég nehéz például spenótot vagy cukkinit kapni).
Egy szusszra ennyi, de várom a további „olaszos” ötleteket!
(Igen, valóban túlzásnak tűnik amit művelek, és biztos hogy a töltött káposztát fogom enni és a vadpörköltet, de jól fog esni levezetésnek „olaszkodni” egy kicsit, és a tapasztalatok szerint a család is értékeli igyekezetünket. No meg azért valljuk be, a reggeli megszokott, illatozó olasz kávénak cremina-val és friss tejhabbal elkészítve nincs párja!)

de nekem is olasz kávé meg olasz olívaolaj figyel a pulton.
barilla tésztát szerencsére itt is kapni (bár jóval drágábban).
De nem lövöm le a poént, akarok majd írni én is egy bejegyzést arról, ilyen magyar földön másfél év olaszkodás után :)
Ezen a bejegyzésen akkorát röhögtem :-) Olivaolaj, parmezán meg kávé okés, na de azért a kávéfőző meg a rizottónak való rizs azért mégiscsak túlzás :-D
ez édes, pasim először jött, és hozott egy kis kétszemélyes kávéfőzőt, aminek élén zöld fogója és élénk zöld kis kupakja van, mivel látta a fotókon, hogy a konyhában ilyen színűek a kiegészítők. Ő is hozott természetesen magával egy csomag kávét, és olasz sajtot is, szerintem tésztát már nem mert…..
mivel vidéki a szomszédban van egy sajtüzem, onnan hoz isteni sajtot.. szóval én mindent értek
tegnap vettem neki olasz sonkát olívás kenyérrel… azt mondta a hazai ízektől mindjárt sokkal jobban érzi magát
Ilyen rakománnyal felénk is jöhetnétek egy kört.÷)
@pazzo: peched van, mert most először térünk úgy haza, hogy Budapestet kihagyjuk :-( (Kiadtam a lakásom, úgyhogy a család már nem garázdálkodhat szabadon :-( Pedig útba ejtenélek, parmiggiano reggiano jót tesz Emmának is :-)
@Katica: :-). A kávéfőző pedig fontos részlet, mert ha nem úgy jön ki az első 2 csepp kávé, ahogy annak lennie kell, már nem jó a cremina, ami nélkül nálunk jó kávé nincs. Hiába ez már “kávésznobizmus” – ahogy Amby mondaná. A risottonak pedig vitt rízs nélkül nem is érdemes nekiállni sem. Na, meggyőztelek?
@Kinga: köszi a tanácsot, már semmi sem akadályoz meg, hogy ne pakoljak egy-két jégaksi közé halszeleteket :-)

@H.: az én kávéfőzőm piros, pont kettőnknek megfelelő mennyiségű kávét tud, szóval perfetto!
hàt- a Bialetti Mocca volt az elso hàztartàsi szerelèk Pestre- anèlku:l nem tudok jòl reggelizni- ezek a pici rèszletek-de csak reggel-
a Barilla helyett kinèztem anyàmnak ugyanolyan jò minosègu, ismeretlen olasz tèsztàt( 1/3a az àra-de itt se a Barilla a kedvenc (Voiello, De Cecco)(csak a gyerekeimnek: a Piccolini ès az olyan fura alakù Routa stb. -hiàba-fogyasztòi tàrsadalom- ìze ugyanaz csak az alakja màs hihi)- Pesten a roknoknak nagyon megteszi… o”k ùgy se èrtèkelik “al dente”

@Kinga: reszelt parmezán nem parmezán ;-) Az akkor jó, ha frissen hullja be a tésztát a parmezáneső! Jah, és a chinotto kimaradt a listámból, miért nem szóltatok?!
hààt -se Parmezàn, se chinotto -de jò is egy kis hazai gesztenyepure…

@Kinga: mondjuk én is már gyúrok a túrórudira, a lúdlábra, a kapucíner csokira (még kapható?), az eperhabra… Gesztenyepüré nálam annyira nem, bár ki tudja mit hoz az otthoni hangulat, otthoni társaság…?!
Ez jó, kávét és kávéfőzőt mi is vittünk magunkkal, pedig Pesten a családban minimum az én tiszteletemre mindenhol van kismokka, de a párom nem hitte el. Mauritiuson viszont a rokonság a visszaútról lenyúlta a kismokkát kávéstul, annyira ízlett nekik :)
A rízst otthon felejtettem, már hiányzik (anyumnak is :-)

I have seen plenty of useful elements on your website about computers.
