Ehhez képest a Roma-Lazio laza mesedélután. Az igazi társadalommegosztó kérdés ez – Te melyiket szereted, a pandorot vagy a panettonet?
Bezony kérem, hagyományos olasz karácsonyi édességekről van itt szó, mely(ek) nem hiányozhat(nak) egyetlen vacsorasztalról sem december 24-én. (Meg utána, és egészen Szilveszter utánig, mert úgyis minden vendég azt hoz, és a készletek kitartanak, míg már rá sem bírsz nézni…)
Kezdjük a pandoroval. Eredete vitatott; van aki szerint az 1700-as években a Habsburg királyi udvarból elterjedt Bécsi Kalácsból (Pan de Vienna) alakult ki, mások úgy tartják egy veronai csillag formájú karácsonyi édesség, a Nadalin volt az elődje. Mindenesetre mai napig a legjobb pandoro, bárkit kérdezel – a veronai. Puha, csinos kuglóf formájú, vaniliás süti, porcukorral megszórva tálalják. Nagyon finom tejjel, nutellával, mascarponéval.
A panettone eredete világosabb, Milánóban készíti először a Sforza-k udvarának egy Toni nevezetű cukrász. Így is lesz ismert, Pan di Toni – amiből később marad panettone. Kandírozott gyümölccsel, mazsolával gazdagított kalács-féle, finom egy jó Moscatoval, pohár borral kísérve.
Mifelénk a pandoro a favorit, bár megjelentek a panettonénak a mazsola és kandírozott gyümölcs nélküli változatai, csokidarabkákkal, az is elfogyott eddig mindig.

Panettonét nem eszünk, pandoróba szerelmesek vagyunk. Az én esetemben nem azért eszem karácsony után a pandorót, mert mindenki azt hoz (mert senki nem hoz azt), hanem mert utána borzasztóan leárazzák, és ki tud nem megvenni 1,99 EUR-ért egy (több :) ) tökéletes, varázslatos, lebegöen könnyü pandorót?

Én sütök egy panettonét karácsonyra. Meg mandulás sütit. Le a beiglivel!!!

Panettone. Egyértelmű :-) Látszik is, hogy a pandorohoz kell tej, nutella vagy valami, hogy jó legyen. Ezzel szemben a panettone, mindenféle hozzáadott dolog nélkül is megállj a helyét.

@Katica: igen, mindenféle hozzáadott dolog nélkül is finom, de azért a bort ne hagyjátok ki, azzal még finomabb! Vagy cinzano pezsgővel, vagy prosecco-val :-)

@ Rozi :D igen, olyan ez mint mikor kerdeztem egyik tosgyokeres romai baratunktol, akkor szerinte Grana Padano vagy parmezan (Parmigiano)? Hat ez nem kerdes, mondta – Persze hogy Pecorino! (Erosen sos, kemeny juhsajt, Romabol ugye.)

Panettone. minden mennyiségben. a tavalyi pisai vizsgaidőszakomban a lakótársammal már csak spagetti aglio e oliora volt pénz helyett alapanyagunk, de a villámgyorsan fogyó panettonekészlet mindig ott csábított a konyhapolcon. szerintem addiktív és szublimál. nem is mi ettünk meg annyit… ;)
Igen,inkabb panettone,…..de mikor elkezded majszolgatni a pandoro-t ugyanugy inyedre van…csak kituggya,talan mert olyen “csupaszabb”,kevesbe vonzo az elejen ;-)!!?…egyebkent,versenykepes aron mar most, unnepelgetesek elott is felleheto…a nagyobb supermercati,(lasd:Iper,S lunga)megjatszak ezt az uzleti fogast,hogy 1,50-2 €-ert arulgatjak…..igy legalabb a vevo is “kielegul” valamennyire,ok meg az eladott tom-erdek-segbol fakadoan,ugyis in positivo….
fèrjem is azt szokta mondani, hogy olcsòbb, mint a kenyèr…(4.40 Eu a kenyèr, amit veszunk a pèknèl)
na de en a panettonet kinalgattam am nektek, mimke, pazzo, csak en kalacsnak hivom, mer vegulis az!
De most megvilagosodtam, mostmar azt fogom mondani, mikor kínálom :)

Csakis panettone. Màr fenem rà a fogam ès haza, Magyarorszàgra is viszek a zsàkmànybòl anyuèknak. Hùsvètkor is nagyon ìzlett nekik, a galambnak oltozott, àlruhàs vari. Tulkèppen mindegy milyen alakot olt, a lènyeg a belbecs. Persze komoly konkurenciakènt lèpnek fel a zserbòk, beiglik ès pogàcsàk.De majd szorìtok egy kis helyet!

Gonoszok voltunk és vittünk pár panettonét ismerősöknek. Amikor átadtuk, mindenkinek el kellett mondania, hogy “panettone jóóóó, pandoro rooossz” ;-) (viccelek)
