Bár jobb aggódni, de lehet semmiség is.
Ilyen esetekben tapasztalatom szerint fontos a gyorsaság.
Ha van megbízható személy (persze ezt sosem tudhatod, mert nem tudod mi van a levélben, lehet, hogy szívrohamot kap tőle, ami kerülendő…), akkor a legjobb és leggyorsabb módszer a felolvasás.
Ha nincs ilyen ember, vagy nem akarsz kockáztatni, akkor gyorsposta vagy futárszolgálat. Sokszor ezek a szemét levelek késve érkeznek, és a határidők előtt csak egy-két napod marad cselekedni. Mentett már meg gyorsposta és az így megoldható gyors intézkedés a bíróságtól és bírságtól is.

Ha alperesként akarnak perbe citálni, akkor téged csak a lakóhelyed szerint illetékes bíróság előtt lehet perelni.
idézet az 1952. évi III.tv. a Polgári perrendtartásról c. jogszabályból:
“29. § (1) Az a bíróság, amelynek területén az alperes lakik, mindazokban a perekben illetékes, amelyekre más bíróság kizárólagos illetékessége megállapítva nincs (általános illetékesség).
(2) Belföldi lakóhely hiányában az illetékesség az alperes tartózkodási helyéhez igazodik; ha az alperes tartózkodási helye ismeretlen, vagy külföldön van, az utolsó belföldi lakóhely irányadó, ha pedig ez nem állapítható meg, vagy az alperesnek belföldön lakóhelye nem is volt, az illetékességet a felperes lakóhelye, illetőleg ennek hiányában a felperes tartózkodási helye, ha a felperes nem természetes személy, a felperes székhelye alapítja meg.
(3) Ha az alperes állandó munkahelye nem azonos lakóhelyével, a bíróság az alperesnek legkésőbb az első tárgyaláson előadott kérelmére a pert a munkahely bíróságához teszi át tárgyalás és elbírálás végett.
(4) Ha a bíróság illetékessége az ismeretlen helyen tartózkodó alperes elleni perben a (2) bekezdés rendelkezésein alapul, a per folyamán azonban az alperes belföldi lakóhelye (tartózkodási helye) ismeretessé válik, az alperesnek legkésőbb az elsőfokú bíróság előtt ezt követően tartott első tárgyaláson előterjesztett kérelmére a pert további tárgyalás és elbírálás végett a lakóhely (tartózkodási hely) szerint illetékes bírósághoz kell áttenni.”
Továbbá, ha alperesként akarnak téged perelni, akkor általában sajátkezű átvétel jelzéssel küldik az ajánlott tértivevényes levelet, és azt is ráírják, hogy utánküldés kizárva. Tehát csak te személyesen veheted át a postástól, vagy a postán.
Amit tehetsz, felhívod a küldő bíróságot, közlöd, hogy ki vagy, és megkérdezed, hogy van-e ellened bármilyen eljárás? Telefonon nem nagyon szeretnek semmiféle felvilágosítást adni, de nyugodtan hivatkozza arra, hogy a lajstrom ( iktatókönyv ) tartalmáról a BÜSz ( bírósági ügyviteli szabályzat) szerint felvilágosítást kell, illetve lehet adni telefonos érdeklődésre is.
Vagy még jobb, ha azt mondod, hogy az ellened folyamatban lévő ügyben ügyvédi megbízást akarsz adni, de nincs a kezedben a bírósági papír, és kéne az ügy száma, meg a per tárgya, meg az alperes neve.
Aztán adj tényleg meghatalmazást egy ügyvédnek, majd ő eljár helyetted az ügyben.
Ja és az, hogy a Fővárosi Bíróságtól jött a papír az is jelent valamit: vagy már másodfokon van az ügy, amiben érekezett a papír, vagy eleve megyei, illetve fővárosi bíróság előtt lehetett megindítani a kérdéses pert.
