Küzdöttél már a bürokráciával Olaszországban? Álltál hosszú sorban a vibráló neonfénnyel megvilágított alagsori folyosón, hogy aztán növekvő dühvel nézd, ahogy az ügyintéző bekíséri ismerőseit a dohos szobába, ahol végtelen irattároló szekrények tetején porosodnak az elintézetlen beadványok?
Ez nem az a történet. Ez a történet valójában két mondat lett volna, ha nincs épp kicsattanó jókedvem ;) Lássuk, hogyan jelentheted be (át) a lakcímedet és hogyan juthatsz személyi igazolványhoz Milánóban.
Lakcím
A lakcím bejelentését önbevallós módszerrel tudod elintézni. Elmész a helyi Személyes Adatok Sóhivatalába (SAS), vagyis rendes nevén a Sede Anagraficoba (Milánóban a via Larga 12-be, Duomohoz közel), ahol ha ügyesen időzítesz, akkor a sorszámoddal fél óra alatt túlesel a procedúrán. (Lehet időpontot foglalni is telefonon éjjel-nappal.)
Kell hozzá egy igazolvány (előző olasz személyi, magyar személyi, de leginkább a magyar útlevél), bemondod a címet és kész. Elméletileg valamikor jönnek ellenőrizni is, eddig ez velünk nem történt meg. (Ebben az esetben, ha nem vagy otthon, megállapodhatsz új időpontban velük.)
Olasz személyi igazolvány
Az olasz személyi igazolványnak nincs sok értelme, bár a reptereken rendszeres küzdelem, míg elfogadják a régi (füzet) formátumú magyar személyit, így egyszerűbb az élet az olasszal.
A személyihez kell az útlevél és fénymásolata (a bejárattól egy sarokra van fénymásolós trafik), a bejelentett cím, három igazolványkép (ezeket bárhol a metróban meg tudod csinálni pár euróért) és 6 EUR. Az ügyintéző ránéz a fejedre, ráírja a haj és szemszínt a papírra, bemondod a magasságodat (altezza) és már jön is a nyomtatás.
Ha jót akarsz magadnak, akkor a fotókat vagdosd méretre előre, mert az ügyintéző nem fektet sok energiát bele – aztán mégiscsak azt nézed tíz évig a személyiben ;)
És tudod, mi az igazán jó hír? Hogy Milánóban a két fenti ügyintézést egy ablaknál, egy sorszámmal, egyszerre tudod elintézni! :-)

De vannak kivételek :) :) 2005-ben például úgy megszívatott az okmányirodás, hogy a végén habzó szájjal, üvöltve kellett velük beszéljek, mert kicsit túlzásnak éreztem, amit műveltek. Mancika, Irénke és a többi kolléga összes hozzátartozója sorra került már csak én voltam, aki nyugodtan ült (egy darabig) és várt a sorára. ÁHHH! Most 7 évig feléjük sem megyek, itt meg a jogosítványt postai úton lehet kicserélni pikk-pakk.Személyi meg nincs, bár tervezik bevezetni :)

A többieknek: írtam is, hogy mindössze két mondat lett volna alapból. :-)

Varesétől nyugatra valóban kimennek ellenőrizni pár hét múlva, és újabb pár hét múlva küldenek egy papírt, vagy felhívnak, hogy érvényes a residenza, és akkor lehet kérni a személyit, ami másnapra kész. Lakcímbejelentésnél kivétel, ha épp a procedúra alatt szíveskedik megszületni az ember lánya, úgyhogy az anyakönyvezés apropóján a barassoi ügyintéző félórát könyörgött telefonon a casciagoinak, hogy faxolja már le a kész iratot, higgye már el, hogy tényleg itt lakunk hetek óta :)

Valoban egyszeru a szemelyi igazolvany, meglepoen a legegyszerubb volt megszerezni. Viszont csak annyit szeretnek hozzafuzni, (ami nem mindig egyertelmu, es talan comune (en Gaggianoban elek) is valogatja), hogy tolem kertek 3 honapnal hosszabb munkaszerzodest, valamint igazolast arrol, hogy regisztralva vagyok az INPS-nel (ezt a ‘busta paga’-val tudtam igazolni, valamint az INPS oldalan az adoszamomat le lehet kerni, es ott megjelenik, hogy regisztralva vagy).
Masra nem voltak kivancsiak.
Viszont ket dolog miatt hasznos a szemelyi: ha jogositvany szeretnel szerezni (marming autosiskloaba jelentkezel) Olaszorszagban, valamint ha vallalkozo szeretnel lenni, ahhoz adoszam, bejelentett lakcim (residenza) es szemelyi igazolvany kell. Remelem hasznal valakinek, amit irtam… Ja, es erdemes a szemed szinet magad bediktalni, mert egy ramnezes utan az amugy nagyon kedves ugyintezo (talan az elso napja is volt szegenynek) siman beirta, hogy kek szemem van, habar egyertelmu, hogy zold…
Az személyimben én is 178 cm magas vagyok, mert amikor megkérdezték, hogy milyen magas vagyok, akkor összekevertem a sessantotto-t a settantotto-val… de simán beírták :-)
