Küzdöttél már a bürokráciával Olaszországban? Álltál hosszú sorban a vibráló neonfénnyel megvilágított alagsori folyosón, hogy aztán növekvő dühvel nézd, ahogy az ügyintéző bekíséri ismerőseit a dohos szobába, ahol végtelen irattároló szekrények tetején porosodnak az elintézetlen beadványok?
Ez nem az a történet. Ez a történet valójában két mondat lett volna, ha nincs épp kicsattanó jókedvem ;) Lássuk, hogyan jelentheted be (át) a lakcímedet és hogyan juthatsz személyi igazolványhoz Milánóban.
Lakcím
A lakcím bejelentését önbevallós módszerrel tudod elintézni. Elmész a helyi Személyes Adatok Sóhivatalába (SAS), vagyis rendes nevén a Sede Anagraficoba (Milánóban a via Larga 12-be, Duomohoz közel), ahol ha ügyesen időzítesz, akkor a sorszámoddal fél óra alatt túlesel a procedúrán. (Lehet időpontot foglalni is telefonon éjjel-nappal.)
Kell hozzá egy igazolvány (előző olasz személyi, magyar személyi, de leginkább a magyar útlevél), bemondod a címet és kész. Elméletileg valamikor jönnek ellenőrizni is, eddig ez velünk nem történt meg. (Ebben az esetben, ha nem vagy otthon, megállapodhatsz új időpontban velük.)
Olasz személyi igazolvány
Az olasz személyi igazolványnak nincs sok értelme, bár a reptereken rendszeres küzdelem, míg elfogadják a régi (füzet) formátumú magyar személyit, így egyszerűbb az élet az olasszal.
A személyihez kell az útlevél és fénymásolata (a bejárattól egy sarokra van fénymásolós trafik), a bejelentett cím, három igazolványkép (ezeket bárhol a metróban meg tudod csinálni pár euróért) és 6 EUR. Az ügyintéző ránéz a fejedre, ráírja a haj és szemszínt a papírra, bemondod a magasságodat (altezza) és már jön is a nyomtatás.
Ha jót akarsz magadnak, akkor a fotókat vagdosd méretre előre, mert az ügyintéző nem fektet sok energiát bele – aztán mégiscsak azt nézed tíz évig a személyiben ;)
És tudod, mi az igazán jó hír? Hogy Milánóban a két fenti ügyintézést egy ablaknál, egy sorszámmal, egyszerre tudod elintézni! :-)
