Mirtillel egy este csajtalálkozót rendeztünk, amiből persze nem maradhatott ki egy kis főzőcskézés sem. Az alábbi – szokás szerűen pofonegyszerű – ételt ötlöttük ki. Miközben elégedetten majszoltuk művünket, azon törtük a fejünket, hogy vajon honnan olyan ismerős az íze. (Az alaposabb elemzés érdekében kénytelenek voltunk enni még egy adaggal.) És aztán beugrott: sztrapacska! Az egészben az a vicces, hogy kizárólag olasz(os) hozzávalókat használtunk.
Sok szeretettel küldöm H.-nak (és mindenkinek, aki szereti)!
Hozzávalók két személyre (repetázós adag):
250 g száraztészta
egy kis fej hagyma
150 g pancetta (húsos szalonna) kocka
150g ricotta
1 ek. olivaolaj
só, bors
Miközben a tésztát kifőzzük, a hagymát apróra vágjuk és oliva olajon “üvegesre” pirítjuk. Hozzáadjuk a pancetta kockákat és kislángon megsütögetjük (nem pirítjuk). Aztán a hagymás szalonnához keverjük a ricottát (én ezt láng felett csináltam, hogy a ricotta is átmelegedjen, de nem kell főzni). Pici só, kicsit több bors és a kész is a szószunk.
A kifőtt tésztát belekeverjük a ricottás egyvelegbe és melegen tálaljuk.
A siker nem marad el, ezt garantálom!

Sztrapacska??? Nem inkább túrós tészta? Nekem a leírás alapján inkább az ugrik be. (meg az is beugrott, hogy hm, de szívesen ennék egy jó kis sztrapacskát :)
Imadom a sztrapacskat! De ahhoz egy kis krumplis teszta is kellene, nem? Es az is elkeszitheo olaszos alapanyagokbol. Csak ha erdekel vkit a dolog :)

A sztrapacska tésztájához nem kell semmi más, csak reszelt/darált krumpli, tojás, liszt és só. Ez mind megtalálható itt is :) Aztán a feltét hivatalosan sült szalonna és brindza (szlovák neve a juhtúrónak, isteni). Fogalmam sincs, hogy a ‘ricotta’ íze hasonlít-e rá. De ha fentebb azt mondták, biztos úgy van. Pancettából meg jó zsírosat kell kifogni sztem.
