Tegnap arra jöttem rá, hogy a spenót gyakorlatilag bármilyen sajttal keverve isteni. Legutóbb parmezános volt nagykagylós tésztával, most a spenóthoz ricottát kevertem és lepénybe raktam. És annnnyira jó lett, hogy megint blogolásra ihletett.
Természetesen az elkészítés ismét gyors és pofonegyszerű. Kell hozzá:
készen vásárolt leveles tészta
1 nagy gerezd fokhagyma
őrölt szerecsendió
250 g ricotta
300 g friss spenót (ha nincs, akkor fanyalodjunk rá a mélyhűtöttre)
1 ek. olaj
pici só
Az olajon pict megpirítottam a fohagymát, rádobtam a spenótleveleket és a pici sóval, szerecsendióval megfonnyasztottam (eddig kb. 5 perc). Hozzáöntöttem a ricottát és tűz fölött jól összekevertem őket. Egy kerek tepsit kibéleltem a tésztával (a peremét is!), belelapátoltam spenótos-ricottás krémet, és lefedtem egy lap tésztával (körben össze kell csipkedni, ahol a két tészta összeér, így nem folyik majd ki belőle a cucc és különben is ettől olyan kis helyes, elegáns pereme lesz.
(A lenyesett tésztdarabkákból szívecskéket, virágokat, köröket meg ilyesmiket vágtam, amit a lepény tetejére véletlenszerűen felhelyeztem – ez a része a teljesen fakultatív és gyakorlatilag teljes időpocsékolás, de jó alkalom kiélni a kreatív hajlamokat. Már ha van.) Ha a lepényt fényesen szereted, kend meg a tetejét egy felvert tojással, de ha ez elmarad, akkor se fogja senki észrevenni.
Sütőben 180 fokon 10-15 perc alatt kész lett.
