Előrebocsátom, hogy én nem vagyok ínyenc. Ez a naracssaláta viszont annyira abszurd más, hogy nem tudom megállni, hogy ne osszam meg veletek. Másrészt olyannyira elterjedt Szicíliában, hogy a hiba valószínűleg az én készülékemben van. (Többek között Ambynak is ízlett.)
Vállalkozó szelleműek egyszerűen elkészíthetik és aztán szépen megírhatják róla itt a véleményüket. Meglátjuk, az ínyencek vagy a magamfajta nem-ínyencek vannak-e többségben.
Hozzávalók:
- 6 db naracs
- 3 ek. extra szűz oliva olaj
- 1 kisebb hagyma (lehetőleg lila)
- petrezselyem
- bors
- só
Hámozd meg a narancsokat és vágd karikára. Szeld fel a hagymát (lehet vékony karikára vagy apróra, amilyen kedved van éppen), majd szórd a narancsokra. Locsold meg az egészet oliva olajjal, hintsd meg sóval, borssal, apróra vágott petrezselyemmel, és hagyd állni 10 percig.
Önmagában, vagy (főként zsíros) húsok mellé köretként adhatod.

mi rendszeresen esszük ennek a primitívebb változatát, a lilahagymát citromlével -sóval.

Én nagyon szeretem a hagymát, mindenhez eszem, amihez és amikor csak lehet, de ez nekem is durva, valahogy a gyümölccsel nem vág össze. :)
Eszembe jut belőle az a filmrészlet, amikor Mr. Bean vendéglátó, és tálcán kis hagymadarabokat tálal fogpiszkálóval. :)
Szerintem is fincsi lehet. Én már többször csináltam ennek a szőlős változatát ( és ez magyar recept ) Na jó, olívaolaj nem volt bennne.
De ami sokak szerint furi, a gyümölcs-hagyma koprodukció, az itt is megvolt. És jó volt! Régebben elképzelhetetlen volt számomra a befőtt-hús vari, nálam csak a savanyú volt a nyerő, és tessék ma már két pofára eszem. Hiába, változik az ember. Lehet, hogy Katica három és fél év múlva már nagy rajongója lesz és csak ezen fog élni ( szegény Amby )

@Secima: de örülök, hogy kipróbáltad! szerintem a párodnak pont azért ízlett, mert a narancs végre nem gyümöcs, hanem saláta ;-)
