De lássuk a tényeket az iPhone 3G olaszországi beszerzéséről:
- Az iPhone a Vodafonenál és a TIMnél kapható Olaszországban előfizetéssel és kártyásan.
- A 8 GB-os verzió (fekete) 499 EUR kártyafüggetlenül (nem 700), a 16 GB-os 569 EUR (fekete vagy fehér).
- A 16 GB-os verzió a TIM-nél már nem kapható, három nap alatt elfogyott. Milánóban július 25-ére ígérték a következő szállítmányt, a kártyafüggetlen verziót múlt héten csak a Duomo melletti üzletben lehetett kapni.
- A Vodafone nem árulja a kártyafüggetlen verziót még, csak az előrendeléseket és előfizetéseket szolgálják ki, múlt heti infó szerint augusztus 5-ig minimum (ami az olaszországi szabadságolásokat tekintve szeptember is lehet).
- Hivatalosan két darab telefont vehet mindenki. A (kártyafüggetlen telefon) hivatalos megvásárlásához olasz adószám (codice fiscale) és olasz bankkártya kell. A gyakorlatban a bankkártyát senkitől sem kérték a 4 óra alatt, amíg ott voltam – amennyiben készpénzzel fizettek. A gyakorlatban tőlem csak útlevelet kértek alapból, amikor kiderült, hogy külföldi vagyok – de két nappal később hallottam, ahogy elutasítottak valakit adószám nélkül. Magyarán: egy próbát megér, de ezért ne utazzatok ki.
- Khm … A poén kedvéért kideríthetitek, mi lenne az adószámotok, ha Olaszországban élnétek. (A mezők: családnév, keresztnév, nem, “Ungheria“, “”, születési nap, hónap, év – aztán mehet a Calcola)
- A megvásárolt telefont szeretik aktiválni már a boltban a TIMes kártyával, de erről le lehet őket beszélni – illetve full reset után iTunes-on keresztül újraaktiválható másik kártyával. (Én TIM-nél vettem, helyben aktiválták, de olasz Vodafone kártyával és magyar Pannonnal is beüzemeltem utána.)
Ha van még kérdés, nosza, a fehér 16 GBos, kártyafüggetlen iPhone itt csücsül az asztalomon. :-)
Pár gyakorlati részlet, ami nem szerepelt a marketing-kiadványokban:
- A Wi-Fi hálózat keresését (Ask to Join Networks), a Push funkciót és a Location Servicest is ki kell kapcsolni, hogy a telefon túléljen egy munkanapot. (Jelenleg fele töltésem van még, másfél óra aktív használat és 14 óra standby után.)
- Az antenna minősége nem éppen szuper: ahol nincs tökéletes térerő, ott az iPhone 3G feleannyi szellemet lát, mint egy Nokia N95 8GB. Ahol a Nokia még 30 százalékos 3G-n, ott az iPhone már EDGEre vált.
- Azt, hogy egy alkalmazás futhat csak egyszerre, azt igen komolyan kell venni. Vágólap nélkül konkrétan megőrülök. :-)
- A műanyag hátlappal tényleg semmi gond. ;-)
- Magyar nyelv még nincsen a telefonokon, de a prediktív bevitelt nem lehet kikapcsolni. Így magyar szavak helyett lelkesen ajánlgat angol vagy olasz szavakat állandóan. Bosszantó tud lenni eléggé ;)
