Ezt érdemes lenne FF-be konvertálni. Ha egy kicsit kukacoskodni akarnék megjegyezném, hogy talán alul kellett volna exponálni egy fél vagy egy egész f stoppal, hogy a fehér ing részletei jobban kijöjjenek. De ez már tényleg szőrszálhasogatás lenne. :-)

I believe that avoiding highly processed foods is a first step in order to lose weight. They will often taste fine, but highly processed foods include very little nutritional value, making you feed on more just to have enough energy to get through the day. If you’re constantly eating these foods, changing to whole grain products and other complex carbohydrates will assist you to have more power while having less. Great blog post.
