Kezdjük ott, hogy nem vagyok az a felmondós típus. Az eddigi két
munkahelyemből az egyiket bezárták és helyét sóval behintették, a másiknál
pedig – mivel Katica már Milánóban várt engem – boldogan fogadtam el a
leépítési javaslatot.
Itt vagyok hát a harmadik helyen, ahol nincs semmi durva baj. Azért vettek
fel, hogy új szemléletet hozzak a régiós szervezetbe, hintsem az igét a
projekt-alapú munkáról. Ebben jó vagyok (mármint az ige-hintésben, nem a
munkában ;), így sok küzdés után látszanak a repedések a szervezetben, terjed
az ész, Aurora, forradalom, lélekemelő, miegymás.

Hogy azonban írjak valami negatívumot (amiért nem fogtok sajnálni, mert
kőszívüek vagytok), sajnos a régiós szervezet igencsak profi abban, amit
csinálnia kell jelenleg. Az én területem viszont, ami az elmúlt majd’ két évben majd’
20 százalékra nőtt nulláról még mindig súlytalan és ennek megfelelően nem is
csóválja a kutyát. Így hát az én hihetetlen zsenialitásom (ebben ugye
egyetértünk :-) is csak kiskakas a maga szemétdombján, meg fecske a tavaszban,
csepp a tengerben és egyéb közhelyek.
Nyűgös éppen ezért vagyok. Így aztán (most jön a hőseposz
fordulata), amikor a multicégeknél megszokott évenkénti újrarendeződés beindult
és nagy jutalmat (több, mint egy év) ajánlottak annak, ki önként távozik,
lecsaptam rá jól.
Paradicsomi életet vizionáltam magamnak, nyári munkanélküli hónapokat,
olasz tanulást, utazást a Föld körül. Saját jól bevált elméletemnek lettem
azonban áldozata.
Nem hiszem, hogy bármi járna munka nélkül. Mindenért meg kell dolgozni és
ha valami nem nehéz, azért valószínűleg nem is fizetnek. Így mindig az a
kiindulási alapom, hogy dolgozni kell rendesen és ha nem jönnek a sikerek,
akkor az azért lehet, mert nem értem, hogy mi a követelmény, vagy nem próbáltam
meg minden módon teljesíteni azokat.
Nem történt máshogy most sem, hiába reménykedtem. Lett volna mit kihozni
ebből a helyzetből és lehetne nagyobb eredményeket is elérni – de egy
pillanatra elhittem, hogy nekem már most jár a Paradicsom és a mennybemenetel. A főnököm és a nagyfőnök azonban nem így gondolta, úgy érezték,
még nem nőttem ki a helyemet és van még mit tennem. Nem engedtek el.
