A belváros egyik eldugott kis utcájában, gyalogtávolságra a Duomo-tól
rejtőzködik egy kis kert. A kertben szökőkút, zöldellő fű és kavicsos út. Kollégák,
milánói olaszok, több éve itt dolgozó barátaink sem ismerik a belváros
rózsaszín titkát.
Mi másfél éve hallottunk egy alkalmi ismerőstől róla – azóta kérdezgetjük a
hitetlenkedő helybelieket. Végül az olasz tanárom lebbentette fel a fátylat
először róla, s hónapok óta tervezzük, hogy megkeressük. Most, hogy
meglátogattak minket mimkéék, egy másik többéves elmaradással együtt ezt is
pótoltuk.*
Megtaláltuk Milánó rózsaszín flamingóit, ahogy féllábon álldogálnak,
peckesen lépdelnek egy paradicsomi kertben egy eldugott kis utcában. Szárnyaik
megvannak, misztikum, hogy miért nem repülnek el – de láthatóan jól érzik
magukat.
Ha a Duomo felé jársz, tégy egy kis kitérőt a via Capuccini felé és less be
a zöld sövény mellett a kerítésen. Egy tucat flamingó kiváncsi tekintetével
találkozhatsz pár száz méterre onnan, ahol évente többmillió ember fordul meg
mit sem sejtve.

Én is pont a múlt héten láttam végre az Utolsó vacsorát, elég durva, hogy 6.50ért 10 perc után kiküldenek. :-( És utána mi is felfedeztünk egy Milánóhoz képest meglepő szépségű kis zöldet, a Santa Maria delle Grazie kerengőjét. Abban nem lépkedő flamingók vannak, hanem vízköpő békák, plusz jelenleg tiszta erőből virágoznak gyönyönyörű fák benne. Ingyenes, be lehet menni, lehet ücsörögni, stb.

I specifically took it to Midas (the brake experts) so I wouldn’t have a problem with the brakes.
