Mint Katicának a mozzarella, úgy nekem a bresaola rucolával a világ teteje, az egyszerű, de nagyszerű, instant boldogság. Tegyünk hozzá egy Hello Kitty-s piritóst, és máris boldog napközis mosollyal húzom az asztalhoz kedvenc hokedlimet.
Persze van különbség: Katica már odahaza is addicted volt mozzarella paradicsommal ügyben, én viszont csak idekint fedeztem fel először a bresaolát (szárított marhasonka), majd hozzá a rucolát (zöldnövény). :-) Ideális reggelinek, vacsorának, egészséges, könnyű, gyors és isteni finom – tipikus milanese étel, igazodva a rohanó világhoz, no meg a bella figura olasz ideáljához.
A bresaola az egyik legfinomabb sonkafajta, karakteres íze van, a sportolók ezt eszik, hogy a legkevesebb zsírt és koleszterint fogyasszanak étkezéskor. Színe vérvörös/bordó, az ára sajnos duplája a normál prosciuttoknak (sonkák), így ritkábban is kerül az asztalra. A rucola leveleknek szintén elég erős zamata van, önmagában is karakteres ízzel – a vörös így harcol a zölddel, íz az ízzel :-)
Már csak egy összetevő hiányzik a theitalianjob féle vacsihoz: pirítós, a Gran Duro fajtából, Hello Kitty-s motívummal. A vacsi kész 5 perc alatt (ebből a pirítós a legtöbb), minimális erőfeszítéssel (magyarul: én is meg tudom csinálni).
Ez milyen vagány! Hello Kittys kenyérpiritót mindenkinek a mosolygósabb arcokért! ;)

Mélységesen egyetértek. A szárított sonka rucolával, valamint gorgonzolával maga a földi paradicsom. Nem tudok finomabbat elképzelni. Örökké hálás leszek annak az embernek,aki megmutatta (olasz egyébként:)
Amby, ha szereted a gorgonzolát, próbáld ki!! A rucola amúgy is nagy kedvencem, idehaza elég kevés helyen sajnos kapni (lidli).

Szia Weenee! Rég jártál erre :) Szeretem a gorgonzolát, ki is próbálom ezt majd – parmezánnal sem rossz egyébként, mondjuk úgy, hogy a fenti az alapverzió ;) Ha szembejön egy gorgonzola, rácsapom majd a maradák bresaolámra ;)

En azt a vàltozatàt ismerem amit a kòv.kèppen tàlalunk: egy lapos tànyèrra bresaola szeleteket teszunk, ràvàgunk scaglie di parmigiano-t ès a tetejère pakoljuk a rucola-t. Az egèszre kis olajat teszunk ès citromot csepegetetunk. Mi nagyon szeretjuk…
