Szerintem egyátalán nem egészségesek. Pl. ebéd után a sziesztázás nagyon gáz és késő este bezabálni is. De legalább van jó kaja, itt Svájcban semmit nem lehet enni semmikor.

Kitartás, két-három év alatt meg lehet szokni az itteni kaját. Az egyetlen dolog ami először vicces volt, mostmár kifejezetten idegesit a fujjolás a nemzetközi konyhával kapcsolatban (tisztelet a kivételnek) és az emésztés mint társasági téma. ” Ho mangiato qualcosa ieri sera che non ho digerito ancora…non possiamo mangiare adesso, non ho digerito il pranzo… non ho dormito tutta la notte percé non lo digerivo piú quel pesce (!!!)…La carne devi cucinare cosi, perché si digerisce meglio” Nem ismerősek? Ja, majdnem kihagytam a legjobbat! Amikor ebéd után várni kell egy órát és csak utána mehetünk úszni!!!

nem minden tea tea. mármint, nem minden tea címszó alatt eladott dolog tartalmaz tealeveleket, így általában a patikákban kapható kamillatea is csak kamillavirágzatot tartalmaz, ami egyáltalán nem izgató hatású, mivel egy csepp tein sincs benne. sok gyümölcstea is ilyen, csak az adott gyümölcs, vagy gyümölcsök szárított, feldolgozott darabjait tartalmazza. szóval a tea csak akkor ‘igazi’ tea, ha az összetevőknél ott szerepel, hogy tea(levél) :)
